Our Site may offer interactive features, such as the ability to read samples, read reviews about The Joy of Money, or even to post your own comments, that you can use to communicate with other Site visitors.  If you disclose information in one of these forums, this information can be viewed, collected, and used by others. 

Digital Advertising & Analytics

We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms.  Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices.  This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

Retention

To opt out of our email marketing, you can use the link provided at the bottom of each marketing message.  If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.

California law permits residents of California to opt out of certain data sharing with third parties for direct marketing purposes.  To the extent we share that data with third parties, if you are a California resident and would like to request to opt out, please get in touch with us using the contact information listed below.  If you exercise this opt-out, we will not disclose personal information about you to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.  We may otherwise share information about you with third parties as disclosed in this privacy policy.
